About The Job:
*The first recruiter on the ground in the US, you will help our GM build their team 
*You’ll partner with our tech & business hiring managers to find world-changing talent for Mistral
*You will be maniacal about finding the best talent and bringing it to Mistral. 
*You'll be charged with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, strong commitment and passion for success 
*You will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and introducing them to the magic of working at Mistral 
*An early joiner of Mistral, you will contribute to shaping the recruitment process and our TA machinery. 

Responsibilities:
*Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
*Successfully fulfill the Tech, Science and business team's recruiting needs Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
*Act as the employer branding champion enabling hiring managers & members of the interview process to best represent Mistral’s culture & values
*Use data to create a narrative around hiring, diversity & inclusion, candidate experience, and team communication & collaboration.
*Dive deep into data and root cause issues.
*Proactively identify and solve and pursue opportunities & problems.
*Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.
*Help improve our process, documentation, tooling and talent market intelligence.
*Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process.
*Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for searches across various business & technical functions (GTM; Partnerships, Sales, Solutions Architect, Research Scientist; Engineer) 
*Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
*Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.

About you : 
*7+ years of experience in research at an executive search or recruiting experience within a corporate environment.
*No ego and highly committed to deliver. 
*Able and keen to jump from strategic topics to very hands-on workIdeally, you have a track record of recruiting both in business & tech roles
*Experience in complex recruiting  and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts
*Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets Open learning mindset and fast learner, demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex subject matter, and understanding of new markets, areas, roles, and business initiatives.
*Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authority.
*Professional brand of personal accountability, drive, work ethics 
*Ideally, proficiency with Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GoodTime (or eq. scheduling systems)
*Strong written and verbal communicationComfortable working within the ambiguity of a small, growing startup with a strong desire to turn that ambiguity into a well-defined machine.
*Target driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
*A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
