Mixlab is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize and manage marketing and sales operations while supporting broader business analysis needs. This role combines operational expertise with strong analytical, technical, and business intelligence skills. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proficiency in HubSpot, SQL, modern marketing technology, and advanced spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets and Excel, and who excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights that inform decisions across sales, marketing and leadership.
Remote candidates must reside within the continental United States. Compensation for this role is $85,000-95,000 based on individual qualifications, license, experience, and skillset.
Marketing Operations Optimization:
- Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of email service providers (ESPs) and marketing automation platforms (namely Iterable and HubSpot Marketing Hub).
- Work closely with Engineering or external vendors to integrate ESPs and marketing platforms via API.
- Ensure accurate data flow between CRM, ESPs, and analytics platforms to support personalized campaigns and performance tracking.
- Troubleshoot sync errors, mapping issues, and delivery problems to maintain clean and effective communication pipelines.
Revenue Operations Optimization:
- Develop, implement, and refine sales processes, workflows, and reporting mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize the sales cycle.
HubSpot CRM Management:
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of HubSpot CRM to meet the needs of the sales organization.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms and BI tools).
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Excel to monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and team performance.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Advanced Spreadsheet Management:
- Leverage Google Sheets and Excel for advanced data analysis, complex calculations, and process automation (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros, scripts).
- Design and manage templates, trackers, and models to streamline sales reporting and forecasting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales reporting platforms.
Metabase Database Management and SQL:
- Use SQL to query, analyze, and manipulate data from internal databases and external sources.
- Collaborate across teams to manage database integrations and ensure data consistency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Digital and Operations teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
- Support strategic initiatives by delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Provide cross-department support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years in revenue operations, sales/marketing operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and scripts).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase).
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and operational best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex data sets effectively.
- Familiarity with APIs or automation tools to streamline workflows.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and advanced modeling techniques.
$85,000 - $95,000 a year

Pay ranges at Mixlab are based on competitive market data for our industry and company size. In addition to base pay, our total compensation package for full-time employees includes benefits and equity. We determine individual pay based on qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset, and we expect offers made to candidates to fall throughout the range advertised.
