The Opportunity
The Talent Placement and Program Operations team plays a key role in supporting fellows, alumni, and corporate partners through two core functions: Talent Placement and Program Operations. Focused on efficiency and effectiveness, the team enhances organizational operations by facilitating talent engagement and role placement initiatives to drive successful outcomes for both candidates and partners. Committed to operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration, the team ensures continued growth and success in a dynamic economic environment.
The Director, Talent Placement and Program Operations is responsible for managing the partner pipeline strategy to support recruitment efforts across specific industry segments. This leader collaborates with the partnerships team to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles, curates a list of suitable candidates for selection, and advocates for candidates throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the Director works closely with Career Pathway Advisors (CPAs) to ensure alignment on role requirements, support candidate sourcing, and prepare candidates for interviews.
This role also involves partnering with the programs and alumni teams to ensure alignment between candidate interests and partner hiring needs for both internships and full-time roles. The Director will collect insights from partners and candidates to advise both groups on best practices for success in the hiring process. By facilitating strong placements, this role contributes to partner satisfaction and long-term success for candidates.
