Team Overview:
The Partner Success Team is responsible for managing, elevating and expanding relationships with MLT’s corporate partners. This includes overseeing the exemplary delivery of MLT's solutions, driving revenue growth, and positioning MLT as a DEI expert.

Role Overview:
As a Partner Success Associate, you will play a vital role in leading internal collaboration with respective MLT program teams to ensure the seamless execution of MLT programs and driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. You will work closely with Partner Success  Leads (PSLs) to co-create and implement strategic partnership plans for each account.  Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development of partnership plans,  driving cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to execute them, and advancing relationships with key partner executives (Points of Contact) to promote the suite of MLT Solutions. This role plays a critical role driving partner communication, planning, logistical support, and assisting with data analysis for partners.  Your performance will be essential to the “win/win” collaboration with MLT’s corporate partners, achieving revenue targets, and the expansion of MLT’s mission to advance racial equity. 

Position reports to a Partner Success Lead, has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but will manage multiple cross-functional projects.

Work You’ll Do

Execution:

    • Ensure all MLT programs, including Career Prep, Tech Track, MBA Professional Development, Turn Pro, Experienced Talent Network, Racial Equity at Work, Career Advancement Program and Advisory Services, are delivered to meet / exceed partner’s expectations, to maximize their partnership with MLT. 
    • Collaborate with internal program teams and other Partner Success team members to share best practices, infuse knowledge sharing and improve processes and delivery.
    • Work closely with the talent pipeline team to track partner progress towards program goals.

Strategic Account Management:

    • In close cooperation with the Senior Partner Success Lead, develop strategies to enhance MLT’s value proposition for corporate partners.
    • Support the drafting and help drive the implementation of Partnership Plans in line with MLT and partner objectives.
    • Nurture relationships with corporate partners to facilitate a positive partnership experience.
    • Build and enhance relationships with Partner Points of Contact, while supporting renewals and upselling opportunities.

Insights & Analytics:

    • Gathering qualitative and quantitative data from Partners in collaboration with other MLT team members to generate actionable insights for the Partner.
    • Analyze partner results and co-create client-ready presentations for status reporting and partnership renewals
    • Take the lead in analyzing Partner engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Ensure accurate and timely input of partner engagement data into relevant systems.

What You Have:

    • Successful managing relationships with individuals at various levels within large institutions
    • Strong communication skills and writing capabilities with a proven ability to translate complex ideas into powerful messaging
    • Strong, active listener with inquisitive nature
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with various components efficiently and effectively including collaborating with and influencing others when needed to reach milestones and drive progress
    • In-depth working knowledge of all MLT services and the initiative to position additional MLT offerings that can help partners move the needle on addressing racial equity challenges    
    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Be well-organized and detail oriented with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks concurrently.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, cross-functional environment
    • Fluidity with technology, particularly cloud-based databases and systems (eg: i.e, Salesforce, Asana, Slack, Google Suite, etc.)
    • Demonstrated commitment and knowledge of Black, Hispanic, and Native American equity solutions along with alignment with MLT's mission and values.
    • Willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend conferences and MLT events when partners are in attendance
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
