MMI is looking for top paid media talent with strong analytical and digital business skills to join and manage a strategic DTC media team for one of our clients, with a focus on Digital Performance Marketing. To be successful this person will need to have extensive knowledge of DTC processes and strategy, preferably in retail, and they will provide analytical support and direction to the team in the management of PPC & Social campaigns, and ecommerce. We are looking for the best people to ensure our online campaigns are designed and executed to achieve our client's assertive revenue goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS​

    • Interviewing for roles 1-2 levels below​
    • Team management (timesheets, regular 1:1 connects)​
    • Practice-specific interaction with clients in partnership with client services
    • Process documentation​
    • Training and onboarding of direct reports​
    • Manages scoped deliverables​
    • Developing optimization strategy of targeting tactics, creative, KPIs--and create execution plan for team to manage​
    • Overseeing the reporting and performance of campaign, identifying optimizations and  growth opportunities; implement initiatives to ensure goals are met​
    • Working collaboratively with team members and client to optimize analysis and insights, and drive analysis that leads to decision-making ​
    • Evaluating media reports to ensure the wider team is aware of performance ​
    • Ensure all deliverables and communications are client ready and appropriate​
    • Support on new business efforts ​
    • Upholds agency processes and compliance​
    • Support on practice productization​
    • Media specific thought leadership​

SKILLS & ABILITIES​

    • Ability to translate business objectives into media strategy and recommendations for current and new business​
    • Proven ability to direct a team to deliver data-driven, strategic and compelling media recommendation ​
    • Ability to develop a full funnel, multi-platform media strategy​
    • Skillfully inspire, motivate, and mentor more junior team members​
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to distill, synthesize and draw conclusions on large amounts of data​
    • Ability to manage multiple clients​
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise and escalate as needed
