MMI Agency is looking for a passionate, highly driven and intellectually curious media manager to join our dynamic and growing agency. The Media Manager’s objective will be to support the team on multiple, simultaneous media buys between clients and publishers across digital media. This position requires highly developed time management, multi-tasking, and organizations skills and must demonstrate an ability to communicate concise feedback professionally between online publishers and clients.

Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day digital media campaigns for multiple clients 
    • Managing budgets, targets, and daily optimizations with strategic support from the team 
    • Translate client goals and objectives into digital strategy and execution 
    • Develop and plan KPI’s for campaign success
    • Formulate media plan and campaign concepts based on vendor’s proposals and client feedback
    • Own reporting and insights/recommendations for social client campaigns, with a deep understanding of Excel, Google Analytics and nuances of platform reporting 
    • Responsible for developing, implementing and supporting client campaigns with online content publishers
    • Assist in gathering materials and doing research for client presentations 
    • Collaborate with internal practice teams including account services, data & insights, and creative on strategy and content development 
    • Monitor analytics and key metrics against clients’ goals 
    • Stay abreast of digital platform updates, trends, and best-in-class campaigns 
    • Take ownership of assigned tasks
    • All other responsibilities as assigned 

Requirements

    • Core understanding and displays passion about media planning and buying across digital media including display, affiliate, search and social
    • Highly organized and very detailed-oriented
    • A team player that is self-motivated 
    • Able to write concisely and present ideas confidently 
    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
    • Able to build and maintain professional relationships with media partners/publishers
    • Demonstrate resourcefulness to solve problems
    • Eager to learn, grow and expand knowledge of the industry and personal development
    • Previous 2-5 years of experience in digital ad placement is required, preferably at an agency 
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
    • Experienced in managing CPA, CPL, ROI and ROAS campaigns preferred
