MMI is looking to add an Art Director to our team who is experienced in performance marketing and UX/UI initiatives to create compelling campaigns on behalf of various brands. We are looking for an individual who is highly creative in both advertising strategy and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is experienced in performance marketing, digital advertising, web design and the mobile marketing landscape.


    • Interviewing for roles 1-2 levels below
    • Vendor + third-party vendor relationships
    • Practice-specific interaction with clients in partnership with Account team
    • Process documentation
    • Ensures quality and standards of practice deliverables
    • Collaborate with a full performance marketing team to develop unique campaign concepts under the supervision of a Creative Director
    • Executes deliverables as defined by scope
    • Upholds agency processes and compliance
    • Create social media-based brand campaigns, including still and motion-based executions
    • Design for interactive elements and interface components along with full web-based projects for desktop and mobile
    • Communicate end-to-end experiences, interactions and screen designs with team members and clients
    • Illustrate design ideas with user flow and experience in mind
    • Evaluate existing digital properties for user experience effectiveness
    • Incorporate web analytic insights and KPI’s throughout design work
    • Apply brand identity systems appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs


    • Highly conceptual strategic abilities to develop ambitious and compelling campaigns
    • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
    • Creativity in both advertising strategy and problem-solving
    • Manage the creative process from concept to completion
    • Familiarity with a range of social media platforms
    • Experience with image compression and optimization techniques
    • Experience with UX/UI and responsive websites based on a mobile-first design approach
    • Understanding of HTML, CSS and JS
    • Solid proficiency in Adobe CC (including Premiere and After Effects), Sketch, InVision, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
    • Ability to present ideas confidently
    • Decisiveness in evaluating creative work against a brief and providing constructive feedback to creative teams
    • Direct vendor and freelance creatives to achieve the high-quality design standards of MMI and ensure work is delivered on time
