MMI Agency is looking for a passionate, highly driven and intellectually curious digital media manager to join our dynamic and growing agency. The Media manager’s objective will be to support the media team on multiple, simultaneous media buys between clients and vendors across digital media. Media channels will be largely paid search, social & display. This position requires highly developed time management, multi-tasking, and organizations skills and must demonstrate an ability to communicate concise feedback professionally.

Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic counsel to clients, understand their business, and serve as their go-to thought leader on Search, Social and other digital channels 
    • Responsible for developing, implementing and supporting client campaigns with media platforms and content publishers
    • Manage day-to-day search and/or social campaigns including managing budget, goals, targeting and performance.
    • Partnering with creative  team on ensuring creative follows media best pratices and is trafficked appropriately
    • Conduct keyword & audience research and development 
    • Identify campaign expansion and testing opportunities to increase performance 
    • Ensure company processes and best practices are leveraged such as campaign launch, Q/A and ongoing management 
    • Develop and plan KPI’s for campaign success
    • Manage weekly reports from platforms and publishers and deliver campaign wrap-up reports once concluded
    • Analyze performance data, formulate insights and translate them to actionable next steps 
    • Collaborate with Media Director to develop and ensure a cohesive full funnel digital marketing strategy for the client to reach monthly and yearly growth goals
    • Problem solve and troubleshoot technical issues such as trafficking and tagging 
    • Work with cross functional departments to develop and track all details of initiatives 
    • Assist with build and maintaining project management processes that streamline media initiatives 
    • All other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

    • Passionate about media planning and buying across digital media
    • Familiarity with other digital marketing such as SEO, Social Media, Display, Video and Mobile 
    • 2+ years of tactical and strategic experience in paid search and/or paid social
    • Highly organized and very detailed-oriented
    • A team player that is self-motivated 
    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
    • Possesses professional business judgement through communication with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to build and maintain professional relationships with media partners/publishers
    • Demonstrate resourcefulness to solve problems
    • Eager to learn, grow and expand knowledge of the industry and personal development
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field
