MMI Agency is looking for a passionate, highly driven and intellectually curious Marketing Associate contractor to join our growing team dedicated to a Fortune 500 client. The primary purpose of the Marketing Associate position is to support the development and execution of multiple advertising campaigns. These programs include (but are not limited to): National, Local, Demand Generation, Hispanic, Sponsorship, Proton, Cancer Network, Development and other ad hoc campaigns. The Marketing Associate will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams; assist with marketing reports and presentations, briefing documents, case studies and award submissions. This position may support the development of new initiatives, campaigns, and assets. The Marketing Associate will also assist with invoicing, billing and tracking; maintaining spreadsheets and databases; and compiling and analyzing data and metrics. The Marketing Associate will also interact across internal and external constituent groups, across differing levels of leadership.

    • Planning:
    • Support efforts in the development and execution of multilayered advertising plans that reach consumers at the right time with personalized content with partnership from agency partners
    • As institutional priorities are determined, help to develop, manage and track multi-layered marketing and advertising campaigns that align with local and national programs
    • Assist with development and management of marketing budgets, vendor payments and budget reconciliations
    • Support advertising team developing and implementing processes where efficiencies are needed

    • Marketing:
    • Assist with creative strategy direction, media planning and execution of creative campaigns across all platforms: TV, videos, digital, search, print, radio and outdoor
    • Attend regular project status and collaboration meetings across multiple agencies and internal stakeholders
    • Collaborate across the IA division to build and deliver relevant content, at the right time, to the right audience
    • Assist with tracking effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns based on patient volume and report regularly to operations and business leadership
    • Assist with integrating market research efforts, strategy and initiatives into advertising executions
    • Assist the Marketing Department in the continued marketing education of the institution

    • Education          
    • Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field       
    • Preferred:  As above with additional experience in health care or advertising agency

    • Experience         
    • Required: One to three years of experience in relevant areas such as advertising, marketing research and planning or communications. Relevant internships will be considered as part of work experience.
