MMI is looking to add a Designer to our team with exceptional creativity in delivering traditional print as well as integrated digital campaigns across multiple platforms. We are looking for an individual who is highly innovative in both problem-solving and execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about working in performance marketing, digital advertising, web design and the mobile marketing landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

    • Practice-specific interaction with clients in partnership with Account team
    • Process documentation
    • Collaborates with other practices
    • Executes deliverables as defined by scope
    • Upholds agency processes and compliance
    • Interpret account briefs and request all necessary elements from account teams
    • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
    • Collaborate with writers to develop unique campaign concepts for various brands under the supervision of a Creative Director
    • Present brand campaigns and assets to clients in a professional way
    • Contribute original ideas
    • Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies

    • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
