We are seeking experienced brokerage managers with a strong network who are excited to advance their advisors’ practice though technology and an exceptional brokerage team.
What you'll do:
- Outbound activities to source new advisors
- Understand advisor’s case design objectives and provide relevant recommendations to include running lllustrations and working with ML’s underwriter to secure preferential offers
- Track advisor opportunities in company CRM and follow-up for applications
- Onboard new advisors
- Aid advisors in submitting business
About you:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Life insurance brokerage experience is required
- Excellent relationship building and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence a situation to achieve the best client outcome
- Superior problem-solver, not afraid to dig deeper to get the best client outcome
- Strong phone and computer skills - specifically Microsoft Excel and Word - with the ability to quickly learn and master our internal and carrier software programs
- Experience with Winflex
$65,000 - $85,000 a year
The base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-85,000 and OTE is $150,000
