Phone (Basic) Tech Support: Troubleshooting Tech is the Game!
We provide technical support to customers for a client's Virtual Reality-Based system, who are generally managers at big box stores. Our callers are simply glad to have someone on the phone who can help, so an upset caller is a rare thing for this project.
We are looking for 1-2 mods that are tech-savvy, can think logically, as well as use outside-the-box thinking, and have excellent note-taking skills.
On this project, you interact directly with the client, so a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, active listening skills, a desire to understand, and the ability to visualize what the caller is doing are vital skills.

The Ideal Mod...
- Located in the US
- Has availability between the hours of 6 am-3 pm Pacific time, Monday - Friday
- Has a solid work ethic, is dependable, and seeks feedback to continually improve
- Must have a quiet workspace for taking phone calls
- Is comfortable troubleshooting with those who may not be tech-savvy
- Has an avid curiosity for tech and how things work
- Has the ability to pick up on speech cues to determine what the customer is seeing or doing
- Is familiar with Salesforce (preferred, but not required)
Monday-Friday 6 am - 3 pm Pacific time
(occasional weekend for special events or holidays when necessary)
