ModSquad is looking for first class Mods to handle Tier 1 customer support via chat, phone and ticket support for a high traffic client.

The Ideal Candidate:

    • Excels in a high traffic environment
    • Has previous customer service experience
    • Has experience with Zendesk or similar systems
    • Has basic troubleshooting skills
    • Has a working computer & headset
    • Is available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and can commit to a minimum of 60 days on the project
Available hours: 5 AM - 5 PM PT. 7 days a week

Pay rate: $10/hr

Project Commitment: 60 days
