ModSquad is an award-winning global provider of managed digital engagement services. Our 10,000+ Mods chat with customers, moderate web content, manage communities, and buzz in social media for many of the world’s coolest brands, including the NFL, Zendesk, and Topps, to name a few.

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Support Reps to help support one of our unique clients via inbound phone calls.

This client creates and supports reporting software for Emergency Services. Fire, EMS, and other emergency services all need to record and report information to various government organizations. Our client helps make that process easy for our emergency service workers across the US.

For this opportunity, you'll support customers with ease of use with this software and help make the reporting aspect easier.

Available Hours:
Tuesday - Friday: 5 AM - 3 PM PT

Minimum Commitment: 10 hours per week, 90 days

***An incentive will be awarded to Mods who have successfully completed the orientation, and 30 days of assigned shift work.

Ideal Skills:

    • Experience providing Customer Support via Zendesk.
    • Friendly and upbeat personality.
    • Empathy: Always able to put yourself in the Customer's shoes.
    • Excellent multitasking skills.
    • Phone support experience.
    • Is located in the United States.
