Exciting new opportunity for mods to join up with a great client to provide T2 Discord and ticket support for a game dev platform!
This client assists game developers by giving them a platform that helps provide game services, data analytics and live operations tools.
Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
8 am - 8 pm, 7 days a week
Hourly Pay Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
15 hours per week (potential to increase in the near future)
90 days (ideally longer term)
Orientation Begins:
Early June

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience with Discord
- Extensive CS experience, especially with ticket support
- Previous T2 experience a bonus
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- Basic understanding of game programming language
- Ability to communicate on a technical level
- Game development/QA’ing/testing experience
- Deep CX / CS process improvement experience
- Any experience CRM’s/report building/development of KPI’s
