Shared Services (Phone/Ticket/Chat Support)

All agents will provide phone, ticket and chat support for a variety of clients.
Ideal Skills Needed:
- Proactive, a self-starter, and an independent contributor
- Knowledgeable of customer support tools and best practices (experience with ZD, Freshdesk, Talkdesk, Shopify a plus!)
- Desire to ensure fantastic client, customer, team, and community experiences.
- Likes to be part of a team
- Reliable and flexible
- Call center experience is a HUGE plus!
- Common sense, integrity, and a strong work ethic are essential!
- Be located within The United States, Ireland or UK.
- Be willing to install antivirus/anti-malware software and remote management software on your computer, which will be managed by ModSquad Information Security Team.
- Be able to work from the same computer and internet connection for all shifts.
- Have a Windows PC
Hours: Weekday, 10 am-6 pm pt and Saturdays 9 am-3 pm pt.
