Our clients are strictly Top Tier whose product offerings and services are hip, contemporary, and very current. You will instantly know who they are and very likely use them yourselves. Their customers expect the best service and support and that's where we come in. 

Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work everyday. Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon. 

Do you love room designing? This new and interesting project is for you!

This project is currently looking for ticket customer service, via Zendesk. Later in the project, phone support will be added and required.

Project Hours:
7 am to 4 pm, Pacific Time

Hourly Rate:
To be discussed during the interview

8 hours per week
90 days, as needed

31st of January

What We Are Looking For:

    • Excellent English-language communication skills, written and oral
    • A genuine interest in helping customers and enjoy solving challenging problems
    • An interest in technology and software, and ability to build and maintain expertise in a given SaaS product
    • An ability to act as the face of the company, providing the best service possible with a smile! (We'll make sure the smile comes naturally!)
    • Someone who enjoys being part of a team, but still has the drive to work independently
    • A can-do attitude, positive energy and attention to detail
    • Ability to identify when 1another package is better suited to a customer and aren't afraid to make suggestions based on this
    • An interest in interior design or real estate is a BIG plus
    • An excellent telephone manner and a quiet place to take calls·  
    • Experience in customer service, ideally in a software environment

WorkSpace Requirements:

    • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
    • Quality headset
    • Quiet workspace to take calls
    • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
***PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!

Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
