SUMMARY
The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for coordination of the delivery, assembly, and inspection of company products.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.      Travel to jobsites when products are being delivered, ensure a smooth delivery of products, and guide the install of products.
2.      Coordinate the release of our products to our customers.
3.      Act as point of contact for stakeholders during the deployment of products. This includes, but is not limited to, truck drivers, site construction team, subcontractors and  employees.
4.      Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe and quality work.
5.      Review drawings before delivery of product to ensure the logistical plan is performed.
6.      Assist in resolving construction problems related to delivery and issues in the field.
7.      Track progress and efficiencies for future enhancement.
8.      Adapt to changing conditions and schedules throughout the life of the projects.
9.      The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
·        High School Diploma or Equivalent
·        Minimum 2 years’ experience in site logistics and/or project coordination
·        Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience
 
COMPETENCIES:
·        Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
·        solve practical problems and deal with a variety of specific variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
·        Familiar with team building techniques
·        Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred
·        Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
·        Work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
·        Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position
·        Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player
·        Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
 
TRAVEL:
·        Up to 75%
 
WORKING CONDITIONS:
·        General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
·        Noise level is usually low to medium
·        Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
