- You will be building and owning a product line of the best SaaS solution for pet care industry serving hundreds of thousands merchants in the US.

- Define the vision and roadmap for our brick-n-mortar pet care software, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and market needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GTM, service, engineering, and design to deliver a seamless and effective product.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, including enterprise clients, franchise owners, and small single location merchants.

- Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and product enhancements.

- Monitor and report on product performance, using data to drive decisions and improvements.

- Demonstrated experience in driving product direction, executing go-to-market strategies, and making data-driven decisions.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

- Self-driven with an unwavering commitment to building exceptional products.

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.

-Results-oriented mindset, structured thinking, proactive problem-solving approach.

- Excellent design sensibilities with a user-focused approach to product development.

- Strong software engineer background would be a huge plus.
