As a Senior FP&A Manager at MoeGo, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

- Developing financial models and scenarios to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

- Providing strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support business decisions and drive growth.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor business performance.

- Conducting variance analysis and identifying areas of improvement to optimize financial performance.

 

- At least 5+ years of prior relevant experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study;

- Experience with tech startup; SaaS experience strongly preferred

- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to analyze problems and solve issues

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

- A team player who thrives on challenges and brings positive energy to the table.
