The job

Recruiting responsibilities:
-Organize university recruiting, including 2 virtual career fairs on Handshake (usually in Jan/Feb)
-Post jobs to various job boards via Lever
-Source candidates for hard-to-fill roles
-Phone screen candidates and monitor qualified candidates through later stage interviews
-Verbally extend offers to candidates along with hiring managers. Send written offers and benefits info. Collaborate with the CEO, VP of Finance, and HR manager through offer and compensation negotiations.
-Manage recruiting vendors and subscriptions (LinkedIn, Lever, Gem, Built In) and monitor recruiting spend
-Occasionally collaborate with external recruiting partners

HR responsibilities:
-Process a monthly payroll for approximately 65 employees in ADP Workforce Now
-Process a semi-monthly payroll approximately 5 employees in ADP RUN for subsidiary
-Maintain data integrity within ADP and optimize software capabilities
-Handle HR administrative functions including running reports
-Organize and maintain employee records and files (I-9s, identification, W-4s, employment and non compete agreements)
-Support all regulatory compliance efforts including state oversight
-Assist with benefit management (401k, health insurance, FSA/HSA, disability)
-Answer routine questions regarding HR policies and procedures

Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience with ADP (bonus points for experience configuring ADP/ADP Workforce now)
    • 1+ years of payroll management
    • 2+ years of experience recruiting technical talent using modern recruiting software (like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
    • Skilled in organization and time management
    • Able to create new processes and systems, and communicate changes

Nice to have

    • HR certification
    • Experience wiring an employee handbook
