We are looking for a test engineering technician responsible for executing test plans to validate our integrated systems. You will be working with systems consisting of wireless data, wireless power delivery, batteries, displays, imaging and high-performance sensors.

Roles and Responsibilities

    • Work with engineering and operations staff to run tests for IC and system bring-up and validation
    • Prepare and trouble-shoot digital and analog measurement set-ups
    • Prepare computer and peripheral hardware and driver set-ups
    • Review board schematic and layout in tools such as Altium, OrCAD, and KiCAD.
    • Use automation scripts in python to communicate with the hardware and test instruments
    • Analyze test results and author design verification test reports

Qualification and Education Requirements

    • 4+ years of work experience in hardware validation and testing
    • Hands-on experience with electronics test equipment such as mixed-signal oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.
    • Experience with semiconductor and custom IC characterization & regression tests
    • Experience with design and debugging of circuit boards
    • Familiarity with board schematic and layout tools
    • Hands on with creating test infrastructures, test plans and reports
    • Strong analytical skills required
    • Excellent communication skills and technical writing ability
