Job Description

    • Initiate, create, execute and maintain strategic initiatives with internal and external partners to retain, upsell, cross-sell to key accounts in order to increase their lifetime value, product adoption and stickiness with Moka and Gojek
    • Collaborate with other department to ensure strategic and commercial initiatives are carried out against the company targets
    • Strategize plans to drive a strong relationship with key accounts and our product ecosystem and account managers


    • You have 8+ years experience in the IT and tech startup industry (including digital platforms) and hold strong relationships across the this space
    • You have built and managed a high-performing team
    • You are collaborative and experienced with partner relationship management
    • You possess strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams across various functions and levels
    • You are flexible, able to multitask, willing to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly
    • You can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while driving your team toward clarity, solutions, and delivery
    • You are business-minded, analytical and incredibly detail-oriented
    • You have successfully managed and executed large-scale projects
