Job Description

    • Lead a team of ~15 sales executives and customer experience associates
    • Goal will be to meet the monthly sales targets and guide the team members to achieve their maximum potential
    • Prepare sales strategies to achieve the target and report them directly to the Vice President


    • >5 years as either sales executive or telesales
    • E-commerce experience will be preferred
    • Basic written and oral English
    • Great leadership and communication skills
