Jobs Descriptions

    • Achieve Monthly Target
    • Fully Understanding Product & features as well as Provider (Multiple E-wallet) T&C
    • Build merchant’s interest & awareness (E-Wallet & MokaPay)
    • Presenting new growth opportunities for merchants as well as incumbent digital payment providers. (esp for Chinese market)
    • Finding Opportunities and executes accordingly
    • Develops pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities
    • Analyze Merchant quality in conjunction with each third-party provider (related to future merchant’s transactions)
    • Creates, communicates, & demonstrates the value of MokaPay and Digital Payment with merchant
    • Able to Builds relationships at all levels within merchant organizations (Finance, Sales,Marketing, GM, Director, Stakeholders, and any other decision maker)
    • Negotiates Partnership to successful conclusion on time and as forecasted
    • Updates all internal system in a timely, accurate and complete manner
    • Ready to be able to educate application users

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher (reputable university)
    • 2+ years of high quality in sales / acquisition / business development / partnership (*Category: Hotel & F&B / Tour & Travel / Services / Retail)
    • Well-experienced in merchant approach, negotiation, and lock deal
    • Result / Target oriented, and able to follow fast pace of Start Up Industry
    • Having knowledge and good network in local and industry (*Based on Lead Category in Bali Area) esp. with 50% of Chinese Tourist Market
    • Ability to deliver tangible result whilst working in challenging and ever-changing environment
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills
    • Willing to make sales pitches, presentation/demo, meeting and phone calls to liaise with merchants
    • Persistence, dynamic, positive & fast learner attitude, high motivated, well organized
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Speaking Indonesia & English (Chinese is a plus)
    • Able to join immediately (October 2019)
