Job Description

    • Travel to client sites to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
    • Represent Moka’s brand by appearing professional in front of clients and providing top quality customer service
    • Understand product flow and features
    • Conduct product and features training to customers
    • Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team


    • Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields
    • Work experience in support functions
    • Solid understanding of networking systems
    • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Has own transportation (motorcycle)
