- Manage, monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure services (endpoint, LAN, WAN, WLAN, ,security, system & incident)
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for endpoint devices
- Manage IT asset and reports (add on)
- Support end user related IT infrastructure services include procedural documentation and relevant report
- Provide users tools for new employee or current employee
- Support customer networks ( review and troubleshooting )
- Manage software access for employee ( general users and engineering team )
- Create Extension for IPPBX
