Job Description

    • Advocate for Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt) on its values and benefits to help drive business results, starting from the Salespeople to Merchants
    • Analyze business processes and provide tips & suggestions on the right solutions/ process to increase Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt) adoptions and usage
    • Provide Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt) training & refreshers for the different layers in organization: Managing Directors, Sales Managers and Salespeople
    • Work as a "consultant" for merchants: ensure Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt) is setup and activated properly, suggest the right campaign for merchants, train merchants to ensure proper usage of Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt), etc
    • Analyze merchant’s performance, propose action plans/ campaigns, and follow-up implementation of agreed action plans
    • Perform regular audits to each Merchants to help support Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt) adoption and usage
    • Support Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt) merchants to address operational questions, reporting, system configurations, and general administration needs
    • Share expert tips and recommendation to always improve performances (targeting, campaigns, timings, developing Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt) playbook, and designing monthly calls.
    • Monitor KPIs, provide reporting and challenge merchants on their monthly performance in order to improve their Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt) KPIs.
    • Benchmark market standards, share best practices and provide feedback and suggestions to merchants to improve campaigns and support implementation.
    • Provide key Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt) reporting including customer profiling and purchasing behavior, campaign results, data catching on a monthly/ quarterly, and on demand basis
    • Update Moka's Help Center/ Knowledge Center to be as relevant as possible for the merchants around Moka Products (Loyalty, Inventory, Table Mgmt)

Minimum Qualification

    • Min 1 year of experience in a tech start-up field & maintain relation with merchant
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, or similar field preferred.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, high degree of proficiency in synthesizing and communicating data from a variety of disciplines.
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities.
    • Analytical thinker with a can-do, problem-solving attitude and a depth of knowledge in digital analytics, campaign tracking and ROI metrics.
    • Knowledge and experience with SaaS products and marketing solutions systems preferred.
    • Fluent in English communication
