Job Description

    • Manage and lead our Account Managers and Account Executives to achieve our targets
    • Take ownership of your area (account management, support coordination, onboarding, engagement)
    • Follow up with internal stakeholders on your merchants feedback to improve customer experience
    • Create and implement strategies to engage, retain and help our key merchants to succeed with Moka

Min Requirements

    • Minimal 4 years experience in Sales (B2B)
    • Excellent communication and presentation skill
    • Strong presentation and negotiation kill
    • Fast learner and independent
    • Highly motivated and target oriented
    • Strong analytical and planning skills;
    • Good communication and presentation skills;
    • Excellent problem-solving skills;
    • Fluent English is a must
