Job Description

    • Deliver best-in-class product support service to Moka customers
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries over the phone
    • Keep up-to-date on Moka's product offerings and the latest technology in order to provide relevant solutions to help our customers
    • Represent Moka’s brand by appearing professional in front of clients
    • Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction by meeting strict KPI (Key Performance Index) set by management

Minimum Qualifications

    • 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in solving difficult technical issues
    • Engineering background is a plus
    • Experience in customer service is a plus
    • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent soft skill for interaction with various parties
