Job Description

    • Managing and scaling the team who is maintaining a good relationship between Moka and our merchants by acting as Point of Contact for all merchant's matters.
    • Driving projects and initiatives related to account management team.
    • Owning the after-sales experience for key merchants, including contract renewal negotiation and profit maximization for both parties.
    • Advising key merchants on how to optimize their business operations with Moka.
    • Responsible for P&L of Account Management team.

Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 5 years experience in sales/account management in fast-paced environment or tech company.
    • At least 2 years experience in managing a team.
    • Great communication and negotiation skills.
    • Fluent English is a must.
