Job Description

    • Account Management (AM) Support Agent is the person who is responsible for providing best-in-class support service to MOKA AM merchants through multiple communication channels in order to maintain a high merchant satisfaction. You will work closely with Account Managers to handle various issues from AM Merchants and manage coordination across division to execute issue resolution.
    • Deliver best-in-class support service to Moka AM merchants
    • Facilitate coordination across division to resolve customer issues & requests
    • Handle all administrative works related to customer issues & requests
    • Keep up-to-date on Moka's product offerings and the latest technology in order to provide relevant solutions to help our customers

Min. Requirement

    • Have at least 1 year work experience in Customer Support or Admin position. Minimum Bachelor degree holder.
    • Show problem-solving mindset and curiosity to solve issues.
    • Good responsiveness and communication skill.
    • Has high attention to detail, well organized and structured working style.
    • Enjoyed fast-paced environment.
    • Has good English for both verbal and written.
    • Willing to work on shift basis and outside office hour.
