- Create content plan for marketing communications
- Translating campaign strategy into a target audience engagement journey
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance regularly to achieve business objective
- Analyze and define the most suitable target audience for marketing campaign
- Analyze and define the most suitable marketing channels
- Analyze and define the most suitable content strategy in all marketing channels
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align on cross-functions project
- Manage user communications through targeted channels such as email marketing, SMS, in app notifications with a high quality and performance A/B testing to drive product growth
- Forecast and demand planning
- Make recommendation to product managers to improve existing product to maximize its adoption rate
- BA/MS in Management, Communication, preferably with Marketing concentration or related major
- 1.5 - 3 years experience in marketing strategy or related field
- Familiar in product marketing
- Solid in analytical thinking and data processing
- Strong in copy and content writing
- Knowledge in offline marketing and know how to execute event
- Have a good visual design taste and able to construct decks
- Ability to write, read, and speak fluent in Bahasa and English
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot and Clevertap would be an advantage
