Job Description

    • Hiring, supervising and leading the technical support teams for all cities where Moka is active
    • Continuously improve or create SOPs and processes to support the growth of the team
    • Ensuring best customer experience and high quality support across all cities
    • Preparing the training to all technical support team members in coordination with Customer Support and Training team
    • Communicate with Ops, Product and Sales teams about customer feedback


    • At least Bachelor degree from a technical field
    • 5+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years in management experience
    • Excellent organization and planning skills
    • Must be willing to travel if needed
    • Ability to learn and understand new technologies quickly
