・MOLCURE provides drug discovery platform for antibody and peptide, using artificial intelligence, advanced molecular engineering, and Laboratory automation.
・Using the above technologies, establishment of joint R&D pipelines with pharmaceutical and biotech companies (including implementation of molecular design, research plan formulation, and consulting)
Job Description
・Design, implement, test ML pipelines for predicting molecular properties using biological sequential data
Job Requirements
- Track record of implementation and optimization of various machine learning models in Pytorch
- At least 3 years of dedicated software development in Python
- Professional experience with full software development lifecycle
- BSc in computer science or mathematics or similar field
- Quick-learner
- Self-motivated
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication
- Interest in the field of drug discovery
Desired skills & Experiences
- Comprehensive knowledge of Python and Pytorch
- Good understanding of various deep learning methods
- Knowledge of biochemistry
- Excellent time management
- Preprocessing large datasets
- Business level or higher English proficiency

業務内容
- 生物学的シーケンシャルデータを用いて分子特性を予測する機械学習パイプラインの設計、実装、テスト
必須要件
- Pytorchによる各種機械学習モデルの実装と最適化の実績
- 3年以上のPythonを用いたソフトウェア開発経験
- ソフトウェア開発実装の全般に関わるプロフェッショナルな経験
- コンピュータサイエンス、数学、または類似の分野での理学士号
- キャッチアップの早い方
- 自発的であること
- 分析力、問題解決力がある方
- コミュニケーション能力
- 創薬分野への興味・関心
