YOUR MISSION
You will join the Production Management - Center of Expertise, responsible for designing and creating experiences for multimedia installations, whether permanent or temporary. As a Production Coordinator, your primary mission will be to coordinate the work of the various talents and experts involved in the project.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Multimedia Director, the assigned creative and technical experts on a given project by organizing meetings, taking notes, and managing information;
- Oversee the management and compliance with the production schedule set by the Content or Interactive Producer for the project;
- Monitor the allocated hours for various production tasks and ensure that the time planned for each task is respected;
- Communicate to the Producer and/or Multimedia Director any factors that may affect the schedule or budget;
- Organize prototyping or viewing tests;
- Manage external collaborators throughout the project;
- Handle the purchase of stock photos;
- Manage the file organization and ensure adherence to the project's naming conventions;
- Support the preparation for the project's integration on-site;
- Coordinate all technical and logistical aspects, including equipment lists, etc.;
- Participate in the on-site integration of the project;
- Be responsible for delivering approval files and final files;
- Work with Multimedia Directors, Designers, and Technicians to ensure synergy between the environment, its content, and the technology used;
- Ensure archiving related to various projects in collaboration with the media archivist;
- Participate in finding solutions in case of issues.
- Development of Expertise in Project Coordination for Creation
- Plan and implement production processes for content creation;
- Propose technical solutions to keep processes simple and efficient;
- Develop management processes to enhance productivity.
- Coordination within the Production Management Team - Center of Expertise
- Contribute to the improvement of tools for coordinating project content teams;
- Assist in developing internal procedures and processes;
- Perform any other responsibilities and tasks related to this position.
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES
- College diploma in design, multimedia, performing arts, television production, film, or a related field;
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (you will collaborate with many people in English as part of your role);
- 3 to 5 years of experience in audiovisual creation coordination (2D/3D animation, visual effects);
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar software;
- Knowledge of Flow (ShotGrid), Confluence, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere is a plus;
- Familiarity with the production process in 3D animation, video games, or real-time productions is an asset;
- Curiosity and interest in new technologies and innovation;
- Experience in creating visuals integrated into multimedia environments is a plus.
