YOUR TEAM
This dynamic team blends artistic creativity with technical expertise to create real-time visual content, bridging art and technology. They play a pivotal role in our projects, bringing a meticulous attention to detail and innovation to every endeavor.

YOUR MISSION
Your main role will be to provide technical support to artistic teams in aspects related to content creation. This involves ensuring that animated visual content is high-performing, consistent, and efficiently produced for multimedia installations, whether permanent or temporary.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Program real-time visuals based on artistic intentions; 
    • Integrate models, configure lighting, create materials, and design special effects;
    • Develop necessary tools for the artistic team (Custom shaders, Post effects Niagara, Rig, Animation, Layout, Lighting, Realtime Rendering, Pre-Rendering);
    • Participate in software testing with different system component;
    • Ensure program optimization and stability;
    • Contribute to the version control system;
    • Stay informed about technological innovations and new techniques in real-time visual programming;
    • Participate in creative and technical meetings;
    • Maintain technological awareness and contribute to research and development efforts (R&D);
    • Keep technical documentation up to date.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

    • University or college degree in digital arts, interactive design, animation, programming, or a related field;
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the video game, film, virtual reality, or other creative industries;
    • Proficiency with software such as Houdini, Nuke, Fusion, and After Effects for creating complex visual effects and compositing;
    • Experience with Unreal Engine;
    • Proficiency with Blueprints and Material Blueprints;
    • Experience scripting with Python programming language;
    • Skills in C++ programming language;
    • Understanding of production pipelines and workflows;
    • Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written (you will regularly communicate with English-speaking colleagues in this role).
