YOUR TEAM
As part of the Formats team, you'll be at the forefront of pushing the boundaries of entertainment. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about creating one-of-a-kind, ticketed multimedia experiences in extraordinary locations. Your work will have a global impact as we pioneer new entertainment models.

YOUR MISSION
As a Communications Advisor, you will contribute to the development of the annual B2B communications plan, aligned with strategic objectives. You will organize specific communication actions based on the needs identified by the Senior Director of Business Development and Marketing - Formats. You play a key role in the development and management of Formats' communications, implementing tailored initiatives and evaluating results. Your areas of intervention include strategic communication, project management, and B2B communication activities, including the management of communication and marketing tools in collaboration with the Brand Manager. You will participate in the implementation and execution of communication actions to position and raise the profile of Formats, both domestically and internationally.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Leading Communication and Marketing Strategy:
    • Collaborate with Business Development Managers and the Brand Manager to develop and execute comprehensive B2B communication and marketing strategies ;
    • Oversee the creation of a wide range of marketing materials, including print and digital assets, to enhance the visibility and positioning of Formats initiatives;
    • Drive the promotion of Formats and Moment Factory projects through strategic planning and execution;
    • Serve as a key point of contact for company spokespersons, ensuring consistent messaging across all communications channels;
    • Partner with the public relations team to develop and execute media relations plans;
    • Support the business development team in generating qualified leads;
    • Produce engaging content, such as Reels, to attract and retain customers.

    • Media Relations:
    • Collaborate with the PR/press team to:
    • Develop and execute targeted media strategies aligned with Formats' key achievements and strategic initiatives;
    • Foster increased international visibility for Formats, its projects, and the broader Moment Factory brand;
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content to key media outlets;
    • Implement a robust media monitoring program to track coverage and maintain an up-to-date media database.

    • Alignment with the Moment Factory Parent Brand:
    • Collaborate weekly and continuously with Moment Factory's global communications leads to ensure alignment between Formats' and Moment Factory's strategies;
    • Host various delegations at the studio, as needed, to introduce them to the company's scope.

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field;
    • 5-7 years of progressive experience in communications or public relations, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful communication strategies;
    • Demonstrated expertise in project management, marketing communications, and public relations;
    • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovative communication approaches;
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative;
    • Knowledge of the multimedia and entertainment industries outside of Quebec is a significant asset;
    • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines;
    • Proficiency in common software and technological tools;
    • Adherence to the highest ethical standards;
    • Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of urgency;
    • Fluency in both French and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills (you will be required to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in English).
