Job Description
As a Product Manager at Momentum, you'll be at the heart of our mission to drive automation and enhance productivity for our customers. You will work closely with both internal teams and external customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and quickly iterate on product strategies to meet evolving demands. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, excel at building relationships, and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions to market.
In this role, you will work directly with the founding team out of our headquarters located in the Jackson Square neighborhood of San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their pain points, challenges, and automation requirements.
- Drive product discovery, definition, and development processes, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Lead the execution of product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and achieve business goals.
- Continuously monitor product performance and customer satisfaction metrics, gathering insights to inform future iterations and enhancements.
Who You Are
- You have a proven track record of success as a product manager, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build rapport with customers.
- You thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy gathering feedback, conducting user research, and translating insights into actionable product strategies.
- You are excited to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
