This role will support the delivery of customer and revenue growth across all of Moneybox’s business units. Reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to help shape and execute growth initiatives, analyse performance, and bring market and customer insights into the business.

What you’ll do

    • Own a P&L: Be responsible for owning and delivering against the P&L objectives for a particular product (or set of products)
    • Deliver the growth agenda: Define, coordinate and execute initiatives to deliver on budget and forecast targets, coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, CRM, product, and operations to deliver campaigns.
    • Customer and market insights: Monitor competitor activity, sharing insights with the wider team to inform decision-making. Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers to inform propositional development to drive revenue growth
    • Performance analysis: Work with the Insights team to track KPIs, analyse performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to drive performance.
    • Project support: Contribute to business cases and commercial projects that support growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
    • Pricing & offers: Analyse and recommended pricing and promotion strategies that enable us to hit our growth targets, whilst managing margin efficiently

Experience & Skills

    • We’re looking for someone established in their commercial career who is excited to grow in a fast-paced fintech environment:
    • Experience in a commercial, strategy or consultancy role (4+ years of experience).
    • Experience in a high growth, B2C digital environment is a plus
    • Experience of owning a P&L (or part of a P&L) in a B2C digital business, ideally fintech or financial services, is helpful but not essential.
    • Comfortable analysing data, drawing insights and presenting concise recommendations to senior stakeholders (Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint/Google Slide, or SQL a bonus).
    • Strong organisational and communication skills, able to work effectively with different stakeholders.
    • A results-driven, proactive mindset with curiosity to learn and grow.
