The aim of this role is to establish a strong market foothold for the completely new customer segment and product line: Business Saver. This role is designed to accelerate initial market traction and organisational learning for the new Business Saver product, maximising the impact of its launch and establishing a robust foundation for growth.
 
Senior Commercial Manager (FTC) will enable Moneybox to enter 2026 with a clear, data-validated strategy for this new market. This is a strategic priority and a critical role for Moneybox to capitalise on significant investment and mitigate risks associated with entering a new market.

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until year-end.

Key Responsibilities by the end of 2025

    • Drive early-stage growth: Take the lead for the commercial performance of the Business Saver product in H2. This includes maximising Assets Under Administration (AUA) by year-end, driven through new customer acquisition, cross-selling to the existing base, and appropriate CRM activity.

    • Accelerate customer insight: Develop and embed a deep institutional understanding of new business customer cohorts. This involves leading cross-functional experimentation across product, insights, and commercial teams to rapidly identify what works, leading to faster, more confident decision-making to support in-period trading and the longer-term roadmap.

    • Inform future strategy: Collaborate with product and technology teams to translate commercial learnings into a prioritised, commercially sound product roadmap for 2026. Secure cross-departmental buy-in for the 2026 Business Saver roadmap, ensuring future development is aligned with proven customer needs and business value.

    • Monitor market and competitive landscape: Stay up to date on what is happening in the market in terms of competitive dynamics, promotions, new product launches, etc., and constantly update the entire team on market developments that can impact Moneybox.

Experience and skills

    • Experience in driving early-stage growth and commercial performance for new products or market segments.
    • Proven ability to accelerate customer insight and lead cross-functional experimentation.
    • Experience in collaborating cross-functionally, with product, technology, CRM and Marketing teams to inform and shape future strategy.
    • Experience working in a high-growth, B2B/B2C digital environment would be an advantage (fintech would be an advantage).
    • Experience in management consultancy with demonstrable operational experience is a plus.
    • Experience of ‘owning’ a P&L is desirable.
    • Experience of working within a regulated industry would be a bonus.

    • Able to provide foundational analysis, performance data, and validated learnings necessary to make strategic decisions with confidence.

Working Policy:
We have a hybrid policy that includes 2 days from our London office and 3 from home. If the role states it is either hybrid or remote candidates must be based within the UK.
