Job Brief
As we build on our success and continue to scale our growth and marketing efforts, the Paid Marketing team is looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Executive to embark on this exciting journey with us. In this role, you will gain exposure across our channel mix, understanding how each channel functions and integrates. You will actively assist in optimising campaigns, compiling reports, collaborating with our creative teams, and much more—gaining invaluable experience within a scaled and ambitious acquisition team.

As a Senior Paid Marketing Executive, you will contribute to a range of growth initiatives across new and established marketing channels.

What You’ll Do

    • Support across various paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google and affiliates, while gaining exposure to our established multi-channel marketing mix which includes TV and out-of-home advertising
    • Actively execute and optimise campaigns within marketing platforms to achieve exceptional results
    • Monitor and report results to the business across our channel mix - tracking campaign performance, generating detailed reports, and providing recommendations for ongoing improvements and optimisations
    • Implement and oversee A/B tests to evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness
    • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and marketing content that resonate with target audiences
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the marketing landscape
    • Work with cross-functional teams on broader marketing initiatives
    • Support in the sign-off process for new ads, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Experience and Skills

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a paid marketing/growth role, with experience across 2-3 channels
    • Experience in independently running and optimising campaigns directly in marketing platforms
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
    • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team
