Inbound Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for our first inbound Sales Development Rep (SDR) who will be responsible for all marketing generated pipeline at Monte Carlo - triaging inbound leads based on our ICP definition and following up in a timely manner to convert these leads into qualified opportunities for our sales team. This person will help to build the inbound playbook - partnering closely with our marketing team to help achieve our marketing pipeline goals.  

Minimum Experience Threshold
1+ years work experience in a pipeline generation role, or a heavy process orientation roleDemonstrated track record in an early stage company or highly ambiguous environmentExperience with a complex and consultative sales
