MOO is currently seeking a Head of Performance Marketing  who will be a key member of the Marketing team and will deliver against our business goals. The Head of Performance Marketing  works closely with the Digital Marketing Director to oversee the development and execution of North American outbound marketing strategies. The ADMD is responsible for the strategy and day-to- day management of various paid digital channels including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and Affiliate. This is an exciting role on a digitally focused acquisition team, managing healthy budgets and contributing hugely to the success of the company!

About You:

    • You have 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, and are proficient in using digital channels to drive ROI
    • You know the best practices and trends in digital marketing, particularly SEM and SEO, and understand how to build and convert a digital audience
    • You have a solid understanding of ecommerce
    • You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
    • You’re comfortable with numbers and interested in turning data into actionable insights
    • You’re detail-oriented and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • You’re a proactive team player, willing to step outside of your job description if necessary
    • You have experience managing large SEM and Paid Social budgets

Responsibilities:

    • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers in creating and executing new strategies for customer acquisition
    • Assist Digital Marketing Director in managing North American marketing budget, optimizing regularly across all channels in portfolio
    • Develop, own and communicate search (SEM, SEO, PLA) and paid social investment strategy
    • Manage copy, creative and landing page testing schedule to drive improved campaign results
    • Expertly manage relationships and day to day with external agencies and partners, keeping them on schedule and assisting them in producing excellent work for MOO
    • Effectively track and measure impact of marketing activities, in partnership with Business Intelligence, taking a data-driven approach to adjust strategies and tactics
    • Collaborate with the international marketing team on a global search strategy that balances SEO, SEM and PLA

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of proven outbound marketing experience.  Agency experience welcome
    • Experience generating quantifiable results in online marketing for transactional purchases
    • In-depth understanding of SEM and Social bid management tools
    • Solid grasp of the affiliate marketing landscape
    • Experience managing paid programs on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest
    • 3rd party ad server knowledge and trafficking experience
    • Experience with Google Analytics
    • Strong willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute collaboratively through content creation and broader strategic thinking
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with agencies to optimize media spend and marketing channels
    • Extremely organized and highly accountable to deadlines
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
