We’re hiring a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join us on a 12–15 month fixed-term contract. Sitting at the heart of our Experiences division, this is a high-impact role that blends your commercial mindset and financial planning expertise — helping shape decisions, build and manage budgets, and create models that drive clarity and confidence.

You'll be the Finance Lead for our Third-Party Channels team — from building robust forecasting models and owning budgets end-to-end, to providing performance insight that helps shape key commercial decisions.

You’ll also play a critical role in delivering Board-level reporting, turning numbers into powerful stories and partnering with Product and Tech teams on investment appraisals. We’re moving fast — so we’re looking for someone who’s available to join us ideally  August - September 2025, and happy to work on a hybrid basis 2 days a week from our London Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as Finance Lead for the Third-Party Channels Trading team, providing commercial insight, performance tracking, and decision support.
    • Support the budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles for the Experiences division, including leading for Third-Party Channels.
    • Own the preparation and delivery of monthly FP&A deliverables for the Board, including the Operational Business Review (OBR) and CFO report
    • Support the financial appraisal of Product and Technology website initiatives including capex investment forms
    • Collaborate closely with the Financial Control and Group FP&A to ensure accurate P&L management and reporting
    • Own design and maintenance of budget and forecast models in financial planning system (Planful)

About You:

    • Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experience with at least 3-5 years of PQE
    • Experience in a commercial finance or FP&A position in a fast-paced, multi-channel business.
    • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
    • Exposure to ecommerce, retail, or experience-led sector is desirable 
    • Familiarity with financial planning tools (e.g. Planful, SAP) and strong Excel capability
