We are looking for a skilled and creative Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You’ll help shape intuitive, user-focused digital experiences from initial concept right through to polished, production-ready designs. Working closely with other designers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in evolving our design system, tackling complex usability challenges, and ensuring our products are both functional and visually consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
- Contribute to user research and usability testing, using insights to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to clearly communicate ideas
- Design interfaces that are visually appealing, accessible, and easy to use.
- Maintain and develop our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products
- Present and explain design concepts to peers and stakeholders, adapting based on feedback
- Champion design best practices, guidelines, and standards within the organisation
About You
- Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles, methods, and best practices
- Proficient in Figma and comfortable collaborating within design tools.
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Proven ability to design interfaces that combine great aesthetics with strong usability
- Excellent communicator, able to clearly explain design choices and listen to feedback
- Collaborative, adaptable, and open to different perspectives
- Well organised with a sharp eye for visual detail
