About the role
Weāre looking for a strategic and commercially-minded PM Channels Lead to join our Performance Marketing team at Moonpig. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving scalable growth across our performance marketing channels including PPC, Paid Social, Shopping, SEO, Affiliates, Display, YouTube, and App. Youāll lead a team of channel specialists, collaborating with Product, Data & Tech, and partnering with country teams to ensure performance marketing plays a central role in delivering our commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve Moonpigās global performance marketing strategy
- Oversee delivery across key digital channels: PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, etc.
- Own channel budgets, performance KPIs, and media partner relationships
- Collaborate with Product, Data & Tech to remove blockers and drive channel improvements
- Use data and insight to inform decision-making and shape strategic conversations
- Work closely with country teams to co-own performance outcomes and planning
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-level team of channel specialists
- Represent performance marketing across senior forums and planning cycles
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing across multiple digital channels
- Proven success delivering channel-led growth at scale
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to link marketing to P&L impact
- Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders
- Deep experience working with Product, Data & Tech to drive performance outcomes
- Inspirational people leader who builds high-performing, engaged teams
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in GA4, attribution models, forecasting, and performance reporting tools
