This is a new business line for Moonpig, giving you the unique chance to help build a startup inside a successful enterprise.
Now we’re looking for a Commercial and Growth Senior Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the launch of Moonpig for Business, blending commercial hustle with growth marketing smarts.
About the role
You’ll work side-by-side with our Commercial & Growth Lead to drive new business, boost our marketing performance, and streamline operations, all while getting hands-on experience across the full customer journey.
This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, loves variety, and is excited to make a meaningful impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and live demos
- Build and optimise campaigns using Apollo.ai, HubSpot, and Snitcher
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of business customers
- Create compelling case studies, sales collateral, and marketing materials
- Dive into performance data to uncover insights and refine strategies
- Keep our CRM in shape, build automation workflows, and support reporting
- Work cross-functionally with teams like design, performance, and product
- Collaborate with the Commercial & Growth Lead to test new growth strategies and hit ambitious targets
About You:
- You’ve worked in sales development, commercial, or growth marketing roles (agency or in-house)
- You’re a confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing
- You're data-driven and have used tools like HubSpot, Apollo.ai, or Snitcher
- You love switching hats between sales, marketing, and RevOps tasks
- You’re curious, self-starting, and hungry to learn in a fast-paced B2B setting
- Bonus points if you’ve used Figma or Canva, organised events, or have strong relationships with our ideal customer profile
