We are recruiting a meticulous and detail-oriented Content QA Specialist to join us on an initial 9 month FTC. You will be responsible for ensuring all content meets our quality, accuracy, and brand standards before publication. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the trust of our audience and the integrity of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and proofread written content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, tone, formatting, and style consistency.
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and editorial standards.
- Check for factual accuracy, broken links, formatting issues, and layout inconsistencies.
- Perform final QA checks across various content formats, including blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, videos, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Content Manager to address issues or suggest improvements.
- Use tools like Grammarly, Hemingway, or internal CMS QA tools to automate and streamline checks.
- Maintain QA checklists and documentation to support consistency across the team.
- Track recurring content issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
About you:
- Proven experience in content quality assurance, editorial, copyediting, or a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong command of English grammar and style.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with SEO, accessibility standards, or localization workflows is desirable
