OVERVIEW
Morning Brew is seeking a VP of Go-To-Market / Brand Strategy to join our revenue organization. The VP will oversee and guide the work of the GTM team and report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

For this role, we have a strong preference for employees who can work from our Morning Brew HQ in NYC.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
- Own Morning Brew’s GTM end-to-end including our general presentation, media kits, B2B event strategy, and PR.
- Be the voice of our content teams in the revenue org and help sellers translate our editorial strategy into marketing materials 
- Serve as a liaison between revenue, content, edit, product, and growth to communicate our most compelling attributes to external partners
- Help Morning Brew’s revenue organization articulate our unique value proposition to increase spend from current clients and create net new partnerships.
- Run trainings with the revenue org on how to speak about Morning Brew, our editorial products, and our ad products
- Work with executive leadership to bring to market new ad products and editorial initiatives. 
- Be active and connected in the media market making sure our team content, social, and sales teams are activated in the right places. 
- Lead brainstorm of proactive initiatives that align with company goals and priorities as well as sales category specific ideas.
- Work with Data and Insights to tell the Morning Brew story and illustrate the value of our ad products

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 experience at a digital publisher or agency with direct knowledge of and experience with sales and marketing organizations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex things into easily digestible information
- Passion for Morning Brew’s editorial brands 
- Deep experience across sales categories and multiplatform editorial teams
- Incredibly organized with the ability to project manage and produce your own work and collaborate across teams clearly and confidently 
- A client-focused strategic thinker who anticipates questions and provides solutions with the ability to quickly adapt to client needs, changing budgets, and deadlines 
- A contributor who can own their own projects while managing and implementing workflows and processes 
- Insight into the current media landscape including packages, pricing and innovative sponsorships
- Understanding of data, insights, measurement, and consumer behavior 

COMPENSATION $200,000-240,000 DOE *Final offers for this job will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided, commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
